Food and beverage industry
Where food is processed, cleaning is a legal requirement, not a choice: you need machines that truly sanitise and procedures you can demonstrate.
In the food sector cleaning must be effective and documentable. Dry saturated steam reaches temperatures that cut bacterial load without chemicals, which is why steam generators are the reference tool on belts, mixers, cold rooms and joints a brush cannot reach. Hot-water pressure washers are used for washing production areas and large equipment; fixed high-pressure systems for those who wash daily and want the same procedure at every point of the plant. Dry ice cleaning is used on plant that cannot be wetted. Dipres, part of the same group, supports with certified chemicals and RistoHelp's HACCP consultancy.

Frequently asked questions
Is steam enough to sanitise, or are chemicals also needed?
Dry saturated steam reduces bacterial load through temperature alone, and on many surfaces that is enough. Where the HACCP protocol requires a registered disinfectant, steam is still useful as the cleaning stage before disinfection: it removes grease and soil the disinfectant could not act through.
Do you also sell sanitising chemicals?
We supply and service the machines. Professional detergents and disinfectants, including certifications and safety data sheets, are supplied by Dipres, part of the same group: a single contact for the machine and for what the machine consumes.
