Yes, and that is why on these machines noise level and drying quality matter. A scrubber-dryer that dries well leaves the floor walkable right behind it, which reduces both disturbance and slip risk.
How many machines does a supermarket need?
Usually one scrubber-dryer sized for the sales floor, a vacuum for stockroom and back areas, and a sweeper if there is a car park to maintain. Above 2,500 m² a ride-on replaces two walk-behinds and halves the time. We come and look at the store and work out the hours.
